I have them on the jeep now and yes it comes with everything.

For clarification the lights are off and located in Fort Lauderdale Florida.

just curious as to why you are selling them. are you going to those new fangled LEDs that everyone is raving about? with 2x 130 watt bulbs, these are a significant battery draw. have you been pleased with them?

I am selling them because I need the money. I am very happy with them. They work great. I feel bad that I have to get rid of them. I just hope they go to someone who can use them the best way.

$100 bucks seem kinda steep for used lights that sell for $170.00 new.
  I think $65 bucks would be fair.
