Alloy USA permanent cable locker kit Q

Well not too long ago I installed Alloy USA's permanent cable locker kit on my dana 30. I removed the vacuum hoses and plug. The kit however only came with one cap for the vacuum lines when there are two. So I improvised and capped both lines. Now the issue I'm having is this: the kit came with an electrical connector but the instructions didn't mention anything about having to cut and splice any wires. Do I have to do something with the factory plug? Has anyone installed this kit before and can point me in the right direction? Anything would help.

I have seen this before. It sounds like you got the wrong kit for your Jeep. The 2 have have seen where very easy to install. You remove the cover plate on the axle tube insert the new plate with the cable attached than run the cable to the cab. Plull would lock it and push would unlock the axle.
