Your wrong. If you set yours back to stock the programer can go to any jeep but only one at a time. I have pulled the programming out of mine and used it on my friends jeep back and forth many times now.

The key is you can't leave programming in any jeep and program a second one.

Anytime JK is 100% correct. As long as the unit does not have your stock info in it it is good to use on another Jeep.
